Conditions of Industry Accreditation Use
Accreditation is valid for the 18th New Horizons International Film Festival held on July 26 - August 5, 2018 in Wrocław at Kino Nowe Horyzonty and other festival facilities.
Each accreditation is programmed with 55 points (1 point equals 1 film screening) and entitles the holder to attend a maximum of 50 screenings (which is the maximum possible number of films to see: 10 festival days x 5 screenings daily), provided there are seats available and the holder has made an appropriate online reservation for each screening. 6-day pass is programmed with 35 points.
An acreditation holder may not reserve seats for more than one screening per time slot on a given day. A time slot is a set of screenings showing not more than 45 minutes apart. (e.g. 9:45 AM, 10 AM and 10:30 AM is a single time slot).
Seating availability for premiere section: Gala Screenings depends on the time said screenings begin. Each film from these sections will be screened at least once in the first time slot (10 AM) and second time slot (1 PM); 80% of seats are reserved for pass and accreditation and 20% for box office tickets at these slots. The proportions are reversed for the afternoon (4 PM) and evening (7 PM) screenings of these sections, where 20% are reserved for pass and accreditation and 80% for box office tickets. Terms and conditions for reserving films in other festival sections have not been amended.
Online reservations may be made beginning 8:30 AM on the day preceding the film screening. Availability of reservations for film screenings on July 26th, 2018, will open on July 25th, 2018, at 12 noon.

The accrediatation entitles the holder to receive discounts on the price of admission to special screenings (including silent films with live musical score), shows, and concerts, as well as discounts on the purchase price of the festival publications designated by the Organizer.
